only very small pickiness; was a bit noisy as my room faced a main road, and the room was a bit small and old fasioned, but teh bathroom made up for this I guess itw as an old house.I know £30 isnt expensive nowadays, but when othet B&B's are £25 for a single room I feel aaAnnies should of been the same there wasnt much to merit the extra price..unless you mean the breakfast?

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this low-budget hotel. The room was lovely with tea making facilities and comfy bed plus shared bathroom, and all other comforts. The service was all in all excellent👌

very clean and comfortable, good view from the bay window, everything you need in the well organised room, and memory foam mattresses! better than home. good breakfast, with different choices of cooked food. and free parking and the keyless entry saves fuss.
